luckycol Terms & Conditions

Welcome to luckycol ("luckycol", "we", "us", "our"), an online gaming and sports betting platform operated in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and luckycol. They govern all aspects of your access to and use of the luckycol website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the luckycol Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the luckycol Platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the luckycol Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. luckycol strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of luckycol complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of luckycol, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the luckycol Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

luckycol reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the luckycol Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. luckycol is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckycol login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. luckycol will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

luckycol reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

luckycol supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

Deposits are generally credited to your luckycol account instantly. luckycol is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues beyond our control.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• luckycol reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity is detected.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

luckycol processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

luckycol offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all luckycol promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. luckycol reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: luckycol reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds may expire after a period specified in the individual promotion terms.

luckycol reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the luckycol Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by reputable third-party game providers. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by luckycol or any player.

Each game on the luckycol Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a bet. luckycol is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, luckycol will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, luckycol reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckycol Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the luckycol Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such bugs must be reported to luckycol support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the luckycol Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luckycol staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

luckycol is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all luckycol players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the luckycol Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of luckycol or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luckycol Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from luckycol.
• Use any luckycol trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of luckycol's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by luckycol.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckycol, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information published on the Platform.

luckycol's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit luckycol's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and luckycol, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. luckycol will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent luckycol from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
